To\u00a0try and keep it a small conference we made it invite only and limited\u00a0the number of people who have received challenge coins from previous\u00a0events. If you feel like you contributed to\u00a0ToorCon\u00a0and didn&#8217;t get a\u00a0challenge coin, please let us know. Otherwise,\u00a0ToorCon\u00a0in San Diego\u00a0has always been open to the general public is extremely affordable and\u00a0does not have a cap on attendance.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u00a0ToorCon\u00a0Seattle\u00a0will be happening once again! We&#8217;re\u00a0scheduling the conference for the weekend of July 5th-7th where\u00a0we&#8217;ll kick off the event with a block party at Ada&#8217;s Technical Books\u00a0and Metrix Create:Space on Friday night, talks once again at Neumos\u00a0on Saturday with festivities at the lo-fi on Saturday\u00a0night, and we&#8217;ll finish off the weekend with hands-on workshops at\u00a0various locations around the city on Sunday as well as other social\u00a0activities happening around town.<\/p>\n<p>So this is your chance to <a href=\"http:\/\/seattle.toorcon.net\/cfp\">submit the newest cutting edge research<\/a> you want to present to your peers or\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/seattle.toorcon.net\/registration\">register<\/a> to be one of the 150 attendees of ToorCon&#8217;s most exclusive security conference.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ToorCon\u00a0Seattle\u00a0was created as a small get together for\u00a0ToorCon\u00a0staff,\u00a0supporters and past speakers to meet up and have fun in\u00a0Seattle.
